Petter Johnsen

Responsible for overall strategy, operations, and management at ICP Asset Management
Prior to ICP Asset Management, Petter was a member of the leadership group of Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM), the asset manager of the Government Pension Fund Global of Norway. Petter held the position of Chief Investment Officer, Equity Strategies with responsibility for company investments, including internal equity and credit security selection. During his 20-year tenures with NBIM, Petter also served as Head of NBIM’s London office, Global Head of Sector Strategies, and portfolio manager.
Prior to joining NBIM, Petter was Assistant Vice President at Merrill Lynch in London. Previously, he worked as a research analyst at Morgan Stanley in London.
Petter is a business economist with a Master of Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and is a CFA Charterholder.
