Hanne Caroline Nilsen

Prior to joining ICP, Hanne was a Managing Associate at Wiersholm Law Firm in Oslo. During this time, she worked as a senior corporate lawyer focused on M&A and company law, primarily on transactions. This included acquisitions and sale of businesses for private equity funds and industrial players.
Hanne has extensive experience as a project manager of transactions within a variety of sectors, including private equity, venture capital, industry, and technology.
Hanne holds a Master of Law from the University of Oslo.
