Responsible for Human Resources and office administrative issues and acts as first point of contact for all ICP group employees
Prior to joining ICP, Ida worked as an HR assistant at Cargill while completing her Bachelor's degree. During this time, she worked with employer branding, employee engagement and leadership development.
Ida holds a Bachelor of Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, and Leadership from Kristiania University College (Kristiania).
