Responsible for ICP Asset Management portfolio strategy and investments

Jinu joins ICP Asset Management from Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM), the €1.2 trillion Norwegian sovereign wealth fund, where she most recently built and led a team to identify and integrate sustainability factors in the fund’s active investment strategy.  She began in NBIM’s allocation strategies group, which was responsible for the fund’s overall allocation decisions across listed equities, fixed income, and real assets. 

Prior to joining NBIM in 2018, Jinu served for five years at the U.S. Department of the Treasury in the Obama Administration. She was appointed the U.S. Treasury Attaché to India from 2015-2017.

In previous roles, Jinu worked with The World Bank, Innovations for Poverty Action, and the Gates Foundation. She is a board member of Precision Development, a global development non-profit, as well as a board member of the Harvard Club of Norway. She was previously a term member of the Council of Foreign Relations and a board member of Evidence Action, a non-profit that that scales low-cost health interventions globally.

Jinu holds a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, and Master’s from Harvard University.
