Sam Eide Joyce

Responsible for overall strategy, operations, and management of ICP Infrastructure
Sam previously held several roles at Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM), the €1.2 trillion Norwegian sovereign wealth fund. He was part of the investment team managing a portfolio with a mandate to invest up to €12 billion in renewable energy infrastructure assets.
Experience at NBIM also included developing NBIM’s strategy plan together with Yngve Slyngstad as CEO, and a role in the CEO Office reporting to the Deputy CEO and working with Nicolai Tangen as CEO on important strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining NBIM, Sam worked in management consulting at Deloitte in Norway and Australia. Sam started his career working with project development and environmental regulatory approvals in Australia for global mining clients.
Sam holds a Bachelor of Economics/Laws (Hons.) from the University of Queensland.
