Sam joined ICP Infrastructure from Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM), the €1.5 trillion Norwegian sovereign wealth fund. At NBIM, Sam’s last role was in the CEO Office reporting to the Deputy CEO and working on various strategic initiatives. Previously, he worked in NBIM’s infrastructure investment team with a mandate to invest up to €12 billion in renewable energy infrastructure assets.

Prior to joining NBIM, Sam worked in management consulting at Deloitte in Norway and Australia. Sam started his career working with project development and environmental regulatory approvals in Australia for global mining clients.

Sam holds a Bachelor of Economics/Laws (Hons.) from the University of Queensland and has completed the Asset and Portfolio Management Certificate Program from Wharton.
