Oscar was previously the Head of Markets Compliance at Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM), the €1.2 trillion Norwegian sovereign wealth fund, where he most recently led the global compliance advisory function to the NBIM investment management and trading business covering all asset classes.
Prior to joining NBIM in 2017, Oscar worked at Goldman Sachs International in the Securities Division Compliance with coverage over foreign exchange and rates structuring, sales and trading, and the Realty Management Division with a primary focus on consumer risk management for loan servicers and property managers managing Goldman’s loan and real estate portfolios in Ireland and Spain.
Oscar holds a Bachelor in Business and Administration and Master of Science in Business and Economics from BI Norwegian Business School.
