
Snorre Burmo
Human Resources Director
Snorre Burmo is responsible for the people strategy at Industry Capital Partners (ICP), building a culture and framework to support ICP’s mission and priorities.
Prior to joining ICP, Snorre led people and leader development at Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM), the asset manager of the Government Pension Fund Global of Norway. Previously, Snorre served as global and regional Human Resources Director for ABB and Alstom, environmental and energy businesses. In these roles he led the businesses’ end-to-end people strategy and programs. He has held people leadership roles in Siemens and GlaxoSmithKline, and currently supports the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations to accelerate the development of vaccines against epidemic and pandemic threats.
Snorre has held leading roles in national sports organisations, served as steering committee member of Global Dignity, and has been appointed as lay judge for labour issues by Norwegian Courts Administration.
Snorre holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Public Planning and Administration from Volda University College.
