Responsible for risk and compliance at Industry Capital Partners and a board member of ICP Asset Management, ICP Infrastructure and ICP Ventures
Prior to joining ICP, Stephen worked for nearly 20 years at Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM), the asset manager of the Government Pension Fund Global of Norway. He held various roles during his time at NBIM including as Senior Portfolio Manager, Chief Compliance and Control Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Deputy CEO.
Stephen began his career as an officer and aircrew member in the United States Air Force serving in both the US and Europe.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Accounting from University St. Thomas.
